One (1) complimentary hotel room at the newly renovated and rebranded Caesars Republic or Harrah's will be provided for each celebrity in the field for six (6) nights. The complimentary room is exclusively reserved for use by the celebrity.
If someone else occupies the room, the celebrity's credit card, which was used to secure the booking, will be charged, unless prior arrangements have been made or alternatively, the guest can opt to pay with their own card at check-in

Harrah's and Caesars Republic are one complex connected by a tunnel. A one night's room and tax will be charged for a late cancellation of seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival or a no show on date of arrival.

Airport Transportation
Information
For players staying at Caesars Republic or Harrah's Lake Tahoe one (1) complimentary round trip airport transfer from/to Reno, Sacramento or Lake Tahoe private airport will be provided courtesy of Caesars.
A celebrity not using their transfer may designate a guest to utilize their complimentary transfer; this request must be received in writing in advance of arrival. Requests for transfers without reservations will not be accepted.
At Reno Airport, please proceed to the Celebrity Golf VIP Room located at the far end of baggage claim to meet your driver and vehicle. The lounge will be open Monday July 6th - Thursday July 9th from 7:30am until 10:00 pm.
For celebrities staying at the Edgewood Lodge, complimentary transfers will be provided from South Lake Tahoe Private airport and Reno Tahoe airport. Transfers from Reno Tahoe will be limited to SUV's (2) or a Sprinter (1) vehicle. Transfers to/from Sacramento airport will be the responsibility of the celebrity.
Celebrities staying in private housing will be responsible for their own airport transportation and costs. Please see below for a list of recommended airport transfer options.
